Hello!

I founded and ran Miso Tasty for 14 years, growing the business internationally from UK supermarkets to full Australia retail distribution. I led on product design, sales, strategy and as the face of the brand for PR & media.

Miso Tasty was acquired by Belazu, part of William Jackson Food Group in 2023 and continues to grow - find Miso Tasty products in over 4,000 stores globally.  I remain an advisor to Miso Tasty.

I mentor Founders in their start-up journey in one-on-one coaching sessions.

I also created a clinic called Start-Up Agony for a number of charities and organisations where entrepreneurs can access my advice, in agony-aunt style drop-in sessions.

Outside of entrepreneurship, my culinary background has led me to publish 2 award-winning cookery books. “Miso Tasty” (2016)  and “Tofu Tasty” (2021) both published by Pavilion Books (Harper Collins) in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Australia, and South Africa and Canada.

My next cookbook is coming out in January 2026.

I have cooked on stage and on TV for years. I was a guest chef on Channel 4's Sunday Brunch show 2020-2023. 

I also teach cookery classes online and do live demonstrations at food shows such as Taste of London and the BBC Good Food Show.

I speak on a number of topics across food and entrepreneurship. I have done key note speeches at universities and schools, including Graduation Ceremonies.

I am a regular on speaking panels on themes ranging from food trends and innovation, entrepreneurship, raising investment, and women in business.

I writes the weekly business newsletter "Not My First Rodeo" on Linkedin and Substack. Here I shares my stories and lessons of entrepreneurship, learnt the hard way. From scaling up to letting go of my business, over 14 years.

I am currently writing my first business memoir.
